By using this website or placing an order with MRG Uniforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

4. Quotations
All quotations issued by MRG Uniforms are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
After the quotation validity period expires:
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Material costs may be revised.
- Production schedules may change.
- Delivery estimates may change.
A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted by both parties.
5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the minimum order quantity for customized uniforms is:

Certain specialized products may require different minimum quantities depending on the manufacturing process.
6. Orders
Orders may be placed through:
- Website inquiry
- Telephone
- In-person
- Approved sales representatives
MRG Uniforms reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
7. Order Changes
Customers may request changes to an order before production begins.
Once production has started, order modifications, quantity changes, design changes, cancellations, or specification changes may not be possible.
Any approved modifications before production may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
8. Custom Manufacturing
Most products supplied by MRG Uniforms are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.
This may include:
- Company branding
- Logo embroidery
- Screen printing
- Heat transfer
- DTF printing
- Customized sizing
- Fabric selection
- Color customization
- Personalized artwork
Because these products are custom-made, they cannot generally be resold to other customers.
9. Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property
Customers submitting logos, artwork, trademarks, or other creative materials confirm that they own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to use such materials.
MRG Uniforms is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that:
- Infringes trademarks
- Violates copyright
- Contains offensive material
- Promotes unlawful activity
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
10. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are quoted in the applicable currency unless otherwise specified.
Prices may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping charges, installation services, and additional customization costs may be charged separately unless expressly included in the quotation.
11. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm production.
- The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

- Credit/Debit Card
- Online Payment Link
- Cheque
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays, suspension of production, or cancellation of the order.
12. Production Timeline
Production schedules begin after:
- Advance payment has been received (where applicable).
- Required order details have been confirmed.
- Necessary materials are available.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Order size
- Fabric availability
- Customization requirements
- Seasonal demand
- Public holidays
- Supply chain conditions
13. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. View Shipping Policy for Better Understanding.
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on time, delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider, responsibility for transportation transfers to the shipping provider.
MRG Uniforms is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch, including delays caused by customs, weather, transportation disruptions, or other third-party logistics issues. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery concerns.
14. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
Any manufacturing issues or shortages should be reported within the applicable warranty period.
Failure to notify us within a reasonable period may affect warranty or replacement eligibility.
15. Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products:
- Customized uniforms are not returnable.
- Personalized garments cannot be exchanged because of customer preference, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or changes of mind.
Returns may only be considered where required under applicable law or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.

16. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to any costs already incurred.
Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
17. Warranty
MRG Uniforms provides a 7-day limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects.
The warranty may cover:
- Stitching defects
- Manufacturing workmanship issues
- Defective finishing resulting from production
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper washing or care
- Customer misuse
- Accidental damage
- Fabric damage caused by chemicals or bleach
- Damage resulting from alterations performed by third parties
Customers must notify MRG Uniforms within the warranty period and provide supporting photographs or other requested information.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MRG Uniforms shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
- Delays caused by third parties
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order unless otherwise required by law.
19. Website Usage
Users agree not to:

- Reproduce product photographs, catalogues, or marketing materials.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful files.
- Misuse quotation or contact forms.

- Transportation disruptions
- Utility failures
- Supply chain shortages
- War
- Civil unrest
- Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
Performance of affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
23. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
