Refund Policy for MRG Uniforms
At MRG Uniforms, we strive to provide high-quality custom uniforms and excellent customer service. As most of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer, refunds are only available under the circumstances described in this Refund Policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Advance Payment
To confirm a production order, MRG Uniforms generally requires a 50% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production normally begins after the advance payment has been received and the order details have been confirmed.
3. Order Cancellation Before Production
Customers may cancel their order before production begins.
Where no production work, material procurement, customization, or related costs have been incurred, the advance payment is fully refundable.
If production preparation has already started or costs have been incurred, MRG Uniforms will inform the customer before processing any refund.
4. Cancellation After Production Begins
Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled.
As products are manufactured specifically for each customer, no refund will be issued after production has commenced.
5. Manufacturing Defects
If a verified manufacturing defect is identified and MRG Uniforms is unable to repair or replace the affected product within a reasonable time, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
Manufacturing defect claims are subject to inspection and verification by MRG Uniforms.
6. Incorrect Orders
If MRG Uniforms supplies an incorrect product due to our error and replacement is not reasonably possible, the customer may receive a full refund for the affected item.
Examples include:
- Incorrect product supplied
- Incorrect size due to our production error
- Incorrect color due to our production error
- Incorrect branding or customization
- Incorrect quantity supplied
7. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be provided where:
- The customer ordered the wrong size.
- The customer ordered the wrong quantity.
- The customer approved incorrect artwork, logos, spelling, or design.
- The customer changes their mind after confirming the order.
- The customer no longer requires the products.
- The order has entered production.
- Products show normal wear and tear.
- Products have been damaged through improper washing, misuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Customized products have been manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, MRG Uniforms may offer a partial refund where it is considered fair and appropriate.
Examples may include:
- Partial order issues
- Partially completed services
- Mutually agreed commercial resolutions
Any partial refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever reasonably possible.
Depending on the original payment method, refunds may be processed through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Other mutually agreed payment method
10. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, it is generally processed within 3–5 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
11. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
However, if the refund is approved due to an error made by MRG Uniforms, reasonable shipping charges related to the affected order may also be refunded where appropriate.
12. Inspection Before Refund
Before approving a refund, MRG Uniforms may request:
- Photographs of the products
- Photographs of the packaging
- Order details
- Delivery information
- Return of the products for inspection (where applicable)
Refunds are subject to verification of the reported issue.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing quotations before acceptance.
- Confirming sizes, quantities, colors, and specifications.
- Verifying logos, artwork, and spelling before production.
- Inspecting products promptly upon delivery.
- Reporting any issues within the applicable reporting or warranty period.
Failure to verify order details before production may affect eligibility for refunds.
14. Limitation of Refunds
Refunds are limited to the value of the affected products or services.
MRG Uniforms is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:
- Loss of business
- Loss of profits
- Loss of contracts
- Production delays at the customer’s business
- Third-party costs arising from delayed or incorrect use of the products
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
15. Changes to This Refund Policy
MRG Uniforms may revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or operational processes.
The most current version will always be available on this page with the updated Effective Date.
