Return Policy for MRG Uniforms
At MRG Uniforms, we specialize in manufacturing custom uniforms tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. Because our products are made to order, our Return Policy differs from that of standard retail products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Custom-Made Products
MRG Uniforms manufactures uniforms according to customer-selected specifications, including but not limited to:
- Company branding
- Embroidery
- Screen printing
- DTF printing
- Heat transfer printing
- Fabric selection
- Colors
- Sizes
- Logos
- Custom artwork
Because these products are manufactured specifically for each customer, customized uniforms cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law or where a verified manufacturing defect or MRG Uniforms error exists.
3. Non-Custom Products
MRG Uniforms primarily manufactures and supplies custom-made uniforms.
We do not maintain a standard retail inventory of non-customized products for return or exchange.
4. Incorrect Orders
If MRG Uniforms delivers an incorrect product due to our error, such as:
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect color
- Incorrect design
- Incorrect branding
- Incorrect quantity
- Incorrect product supplied
please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, MRG Uniforms will replace the incorrect product at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product contains a manufacturing defect, please notify MRG Uniforms within the applicable 7-day warranty period.
Each claim will be reviewed individually.
Depending on our inspection, we may:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Offer another appropriate solution where applicable
The appropriate resolution will be determined after inspection of the returned product.
6. Reporting Timeframes
To help us resolve issues promptly, customers should report problems within the following timeframes:
Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items
Report within 24 hours of delivery.
Manufacturing Defects
Report within the applicable 7-day warranty period.
Late notifications may affect our ability to investigate and process the claim.
7. Return Shipping
If a return or replacement is approved because of an error made by MRG Uniforms or a verified manufacturing defect, MRG Uniforms will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping.
If the issue is not the result of an MRG Uniforms error or manufacturing defect, return shipping costs, if any return is accepted, will remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Customer Order Errors
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted where the customer:
- Ordered the wrong size
- Ordered the wrong quantity
- Selected the wrong color
- Approved incorrect artwork
- Changed their mind after production
- No longer requires the products
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before confirming production.
9. Product Condition
Where a return has been approved, products must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Not be altered
- Be returned in their original condition
- Include original packaging where reasonably applicable
Failure to meet these conditions may affect eligibility for repair or replacement.
10. Inspection Process
All approved return requests are subject to inspection by MRG Uniforms.
Inspection may include:
- Product examination
- Stitching evaluation
- Fabric inspection
- Printing quality assessment
- Embroidery verification
- Comparison with approved order specifications
The outcome of the inspection will determine the appropriate resolution.
11. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Customized uniforms
- Personalized products
- Embroidered garments
- Printed garments
- Used garments
- Washed garments
- Altered garments
- Products damaged by improper washing or care
- Products showing normal wear and tear
- Customer-approved artwork, spelling, or design errors
- Customer-supplied logo or artwork issues
- Orders where the customer selected incorrect sizes or quantities
12. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears damaged during transportation:
- Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Report the damage within 24 hours.
- Keep the original packaging where possible.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
This helps us work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
13. Limitation of Returns
MRG Uniforms reserves the right to refuse any return request that:
- Falls outside the applicable reporting period
- Does not comply with this Return Policy
- Does not involve a verified manufacturing defect or company error
- Involves products that have been used, altered, or improperly handled
14. Changes to This Return Policy
MRG Uniforms may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, products, or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated Effective Date.
