At MRG Uniforms, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom uniforms manufactured with care and attention to detail. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided for manufacturing defects, the claim process, exclusions, and available remedies.
This warranty applies only to products manufactured and supplied by MRG Uniforms and is subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Warranty Period
MRG Uniforms provides a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against verified manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims must be submitted within this period. Claims received after the warranty period may not be eligible for coverage unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects resulting from errors in our production process, including:
- Stitching defects
- Fabric manufacturing defects
- Embroidery defects
- Printing defects
- Incorrect logo placement due to our production error
- Incorrect garment supplied due to our error
- Broken buttons caused by manufacturing defects
- Faulty zippers caused by manufacturing defects
Coverage is provided only after inspection and verification by MRG Uniforms.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper washing or care
- Bleach, chemicals, or harsh cleaning agents
- Iron burn damage
- Customer alterations or modifications
- Incorrect sizes selected or approved by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Natural fading or aging of fabrics through regular use
- Customer-approved artwork, spelling, logos, or design errors
- Damage caused by third-party embroidery, printing, tailoring, or repairs
5. Warranty Claim Requirements
To make a warranty claim, customers must:
- Contact MRG Uniforms within 7 days of receiving the products.
- Provide the order or invoice details.
- Submit clear photographs showing the reported issue.
- Return the affected product if requested.
- Allow MRG Uniforms to inspect the product before a decision is made.
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or affect the warranty claim.
6. Inspection Process
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by MRG Uniforms.
Our inspection may include:
- Stitching assessment
- Fabric inspection
- Embroidery quality review
- Printing quality evaluation
- Measurement verification
- Comparison with approved production specifications
The inspection results will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.
7. Warranty Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, MRG Uniforms may, at its sole discretion, choose one of the following remedies:
- Repair the affected product
- Replace the affected product
- Refund the affected product where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible
The selected remedy will depend on the nature and severity of the verified issue.
8. Shipping Costs for Approved Claims
Where a warranty claim is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, MRG Uniforms will bear the reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved warranty claim.
If inspection determines that the issue is not covered under this Warranty Policy, the customer may be responsible for any applicable shipping or handling costs.
9. Warranty Ownership
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the products supplied by MRG Uniforms.
The warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner, reseller, or third party.
10. Limitation of Warranty
This Warranty Policy is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product as determined by MRG Uniforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not cover:
- Loss of business
- Loss of profits
- Project delays
- Consequential damages
- Indirect losses
- Third-party costs
- Any expenses beyond the value of the affected products
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Inspecting products promptly upon delivery.
- Following recommended garment care instructions.
- Using products only for their intended purpose.
- Reporting warranty issues within the applicable warranty period.
- Providing accurate information during the warranty claim process.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect warranty eligibility.
12. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims may be refused where:
- Products have been altered after delivery.
- Products have been damaged through improper washing or misuse.
- Products have been repaired by unauthorized third parties.
- The reported issue falls outside the warranty coverage.
- The warranty period has expired.
- The reported issue results from customer-approved specifications rather than a manufacturing defect.
