What to Send Us
Most quotes get delayed by missing information rather than by us. Send these four things and we can usually price the job the same working day.
The roles
Who wears it and where they work. An office team, a kitchen and a site crew need three different specifications, even in one company.
Quantity
Roughly how many, and the split by role. Setup costs spread across the run, so quantity moves the unit price more than anything else.
Your logo
Vector if you have it: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG or CDR. If not, the highest resolution image you have. We can usually redraw a low resolution logo.
Any deadline
An opening date, a season start or an audit. If the timing is tight, tell us at the start rather than after quoting.

What Happens After You Send It
We reply with questions, not a form letter. If the fabric or branding method you have asked for is wrong for the job, we will say so before quoting rather than take the order and let you find out later.
You get a recommendation and a price. Fabric, weight, branding method and unit cost, so the quote is comparable against anyone else you are speaking to.
Then a mock up, and a size set if you need one. Nothing goes into production until you have approved placement, colours and fit.

Quote FAQs
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually the same working day if you have sent the roles, quantity and logo. Where a specification needs checking, such as a certified flame resistant or high visibility garment, we confirm the standard before quoting rather than guessing.
Is there a minimum order?
Ten pieces for embroidered uniforms and 100 for screen printing. DTF and vinyl have no meaningful minimum, so samples and very small runs are possible.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We recommend approving a physical sample and, for larger orders, a size set, before quantities are confirmed. Fabric colour and garment fit never translate accurately from a screen.
Do you quote against a written specification?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send the fabric, weight, colour and any certification requirement and we will confirm in writing what we can meet before pricing.
What if I do not know what fabric I need?
That is normal, and it is the part we are useful for. Tell us the role, the working environment and how often the garment is laundered, and we will recommend a fabric and weight rather than asking you to choose from a list.
