Certified Workwear for the Energy Sector
If your operation involves flame or arc risk, the garment is protective equipment and the paperwork matters as much as the fit. Flame resistance can be inherent to the fibre or a chemical treatment, and treated fabric loses its rating after a set number of washes while inherent fabric does not. Ask which you are being quoted, and for how many cycles.
Branding affects this too. Standard polyester thread on an FR coverall can compromise its rating under NFPA 2112 or EN ISO 11612. We hold FR certified aramid thread and emblems in stock, and we plan logo placement around EN ISO 20471 certified area on high visibility garments rather than applying it afterwards.

Everything is cut, sewn and branded at our factory on Beirut Street, Industrial Area 2, Ajman, and delivered to Abu Dhabi on the same production schedule as local orders, 3 to 4 days under 100 pieces and 3 to 7 days on bulk runs. Because we manufacture rather than buy in and rebrand, there is no reseller margin between the factory price and your quote, and no third party to chase when a specification needs correcting mid order.
For larger rollouts we send fabric swatches and a size set before quantities are confirmed. On a department wide order that step saves more than it costs, every time.

Do you deliver uniforms to Abu Dhabi?

Can you supply hospital scrubs in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We make scrubs, lab coats and full healthcare ranges, normally in poly cotton between 180 and 220 GSM so they hold colour and shape through daily high temperature laundering.
Do you supply FR certified workwear for energy sector work?
Yes, and we specify to the standard rather than to a general description. Tell us whether you need inherent or treated flame resistance and which standard applies, and we will confirm in writing before quoting.
Can you quote against a written specification?
Yes, and we prefer to. Send the fabric, weight, colour and certification requirement and we will confirm what we can meet before pricing rather than after.
What is the minimum order?
Ten pieces for embroidered uniforms and 100 for screen printing. Small offices and clinics are as welcome as department wide rollouts.
Will the same uniform be available when we reorder?
This is worth confirming with any supplier before a first order. Because we manufacture in house, the fabric and cut are ours to hold rather than dependent on what a third party still stocks.
