Everything Happens Under One Roof
Most companies selling uniforms in the UAE do not make them. They buy garments in, send the branding to a third party, and add a margin at each step. When a colour comes back wrong or an order runs late, there are three companies pointing at each other.
We manufacture in Ajman. The fabric is cut here, the garment is sewn here, and the embroidery and printing happen in the same building. That is why our minimum is 10 pieces rather than a container load, and why a correction mid order takes hours rather than weeks.
Cutting
Fabric is cut to your size breakdown in house, so a mixed size order carries no extra handling.
Sewing
Garments are assembled on site, which is what lets us take short runs other factories will not quote.
Branding
Embroidery and printing run in the same facility, including FR certified thread for safety workwear.

How a Local Order Works
From first enquiry to delivered garments, most orders move through four stages. Being able to walk into the factory shortens every one of them.
Requirement and swatches
Tell us the roles, the headcount and the working environment. We recommend a fabric and weight, then get swatches into your hands.
Sample and size set
You approve a sample garment and a digital branding mock up. For larger orders we send a size set so staff can try garments on before quantities are confirmed.
Production
Cutting, sewing and branding run in sequence at the factory. Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 days under 100 pieces and 3 to 7 days on bulk runs, with capacity for 1,000 pieces a day.
Delivery and reorder
Garments are checked against your approved sample and delivered. Your logo file and specification stay on record, so a repeat order does not restart setup.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Ajman customers are welcome to come and review fabric swatches and sample garments in person. Fabric colour and texture never reproduce accurately on a screen, so seeing cloth in your hand settles decisions much faster than email.
Is buying from an Ajman manufacturer cheaper than a Dubai supplier?
Usually, because there is one less layer. Many Dubai uniform suppliers buy garments in and add a margin. Buying direct from the factory removes that step. It also shortens the chain when something needs correcting mid order.
